Our Strategic Plans set clear paths to advance competition, strengthen consumer protections, and promote fair markets. They guide our initiatives to ensure transparency, economic growth, and integrity across industries.
The CARICOM Competition Commission’s second Strategic Plan (2024-2026) sets out a forward-looking agenda for advancing fair competition and consumer protection in the CSME. Building on the achievements and lessons of its first plan, this roadmap introduces four strategic pillars: Building Institutional Resilience, Promoting Member State Compliance, Value-Driven Stakeholder Engagement, and Safeguarding Competition and Consumer Welfare. The Plan addresses emerging challenges, including financial sustainability and regional legislative gaps, while reinforcing the CCC’s commitment to effective enforcement, meaningful advocacy, and greater collaboration across the region.

The CARICOM Competition Commission’s first Strategic Plan (2020-2022) outlines the institution’s vision, mission, and roadmap for strengthening competition law enforcement and consumer protection in the region. Grounded in three strategic pillars—Building Institutional Resilience, Value-Driven Stakeholder Engagement, and Safeguarding Competition and Consumer Welfare—the Plan represents a renewed commitment to advancing the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME) through effective regulation, advocacy, and collaboration with stakeholders.
