Enroll in a Course

  1. To see a list of available courses, either click on Dashboard or Home from the main menu above the website (see screenshot below).
  2. From your Dashboard, you will see an option to View all Courses.  Click that option to go to the list of courses.
  3. From the Home page, you will see Available Courses.  That is the list of available courses.
  4. From either method above, you will see the names of the courses; click on any name that you wish to enroll into.
  5. A screen with an Enrol me button will appear.  Click on it and that's it!  You will be enrolled, and the course page will appear.

Your Profile

Your profile menu has options to change your password, view your profile information, log out the system, and Accessibility options; these include options for altering the font, text size, and site colour for better viewing.

Access Your Enrolled Course

  1. Once you have logged into the Training Centre, you will be on your Dashboard.  If not, click on Dashboard in the main menu above.  You will see a list of the courses you are enrolled in under Course Overview.
  2. Click on the name of the course you wish to get access to.
  3. When you open a course page, a secondary menu will appear.
  4. The More option allows you to unenrol from a course.
  5. There will be a blue button on the upper left; this allows you to show or hide the course index - the list of content in the course.
  6. Your progression through the course is listed below the name of the course.

Track Your Progress

  1. When you click the blue course index button, the index appears, and the button disappears.  Two other buttons appear at the top; an X to close the index, and three dots.  The three dots will allow you to expand or collapse all the modules in the index.  You can also click on one module heading to view the lessons in that module.
  2. Most lessons will require you to click on a "Mark as Done" button.  This allows the system to track your progress.  If you forgot to mark a lesson as done, you can go back at a later time and mark it.  You can also unmark a lesson as done.
  3. If a listed lesson has a circle outline next to it, that lesson is pending to be completed.
  4. If the circle is solid green, it has been marked as done/completed.
