Fostering Competition

Market Studies

The CARICOM Competition Commission (CCC) conducts market studies to assess the level of competition in key sectors within the CSME. These studies help identify structural issues, barriers to entry, and practices that may hinder effective competition.

By providing evidence-based findings, market studies support enforcement actions, inform policy development, and guide advocacy efforts aimed at fostering a more competitive and dynamic regional economy.
